Hi, I’m Kate and like many women in their 30s, 40s and 50s, I’ve experienced my own journey through perimenopause with all its challenges, changes, and unexpected lessons. That journey led me to want to understand more deeply what’s happening in our bodies at this stage of life and how we can support ourselves to feel balanced, calm, and well again.
I’ve studied Nutrition with the College of Functional Medicine and completed a Menopause Diploma with the College of Functional Wellness. Drawing from both, I combine science-based knowledge with a compassionate, whole-body approach that supports every stage of perimenopause and menopause. My focus includes balancing blood sugars, nurturing sex hormones, calming the stress response, supporting emotional wellbeing, and strengthening the immune and digestive systems.
I do offer functional testing when it feels appropriate, but it’s not where we start unless you really want to. My first approach is always to look at how small, realistic changes in nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset can bring you back into balance.
My aim is to help you reconnect with your body, understand its signals, and move through this transition feeling supported, informed, and empowered. You deserve to feel well — not just to get through menopause, but to thrive beyond it.
